“Culture,” I think is one of the keywords I want people to really resonate. Because that’s really how Results University came about is that we want to make sure that we create a culture. And that we have all of our sales and all staff having the same talking points, the same language. Really on the same page, know their “why”. Know why they’re here, want to be here. And really stay on that page.”
